SHIPPING POLICY

*We offer FREE shipping on orders over $80 within the Continental United States.

*Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the following business day (Monday-Friday only excluding holidays.)

*Please allow up to 3-4 processing days to process your order.  You will receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped.  You can check the status of your order there.

*A signature may be required upon receiving items.  Extra charges may apply if more than one attempt has been made.

• Returning or exchanging sizing, colors or styles of items once customer has processed their purchase
• Changing the address once the order has been submitted
• Shipping delays.
• Lost, damaged or marked delivered items.  If this happens, please file a claim with that particular carrier

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

*It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the address is correct BEFORE submitting order.  Posh Pink CANNOT change any address once the order has been submitted

*It is not Posh PInk's responsibility if a package has been shipped back to us due to the wrong or undeliverable address
