RETURN POLICY

U.S. RETURN POLICY

  • Returns will be accepted 14 days after the ship date, unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached.  The date of return must be before 14 days from the shipment date.  Please email us at shopposhpink@gmail.com to begin the return process. 
  • Final sale items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
  • Posh Pink Boutique cannot change, modify, or cancel orders after checkout

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Email us at shopposhpink@gmail.com within 3 days if you have received an item that is defective or damaged.  Please add a photo to your return email that shows the item defect.  
  • Posh Pink Boutique is not responsible for purchasing the wrong size or poor shipping handling  
  • Final sale items will not qualify

 

SHIPPING RETURN ITEMS

  • Return labels will not be provided.  Expense of return is solely the buyer's responsibility.  Once we have received the returned items, store credit of the purchased item(s) will be issued (Gift Card.)  
  • Please allow up to two weeks (14 business days) for us to process your return
